Achieving 100% board participation for the AFP Foundations’ BE the CAUSE campaign in the U.S. and the Every Member Campaign in Canada means more than just receiving a certificate. It’s a symbol of your chapter’s support of the fundraising profession and all of philanthropy. 

Congratulations and many thanks to the AFP chapters in the U.S. and Canada who have engaged every single member of their board in supporting the AFP Foundations for Philanthropy. By attaining 100% board participation, the question to your members becomes an inclusive one: “Will you join US in moving the nonprofit fundraising field forward?”

Thank you for all that you do throughout the year! With your support, the AFP Foundations for Philanthropy will be able to provide resources in local communities including: scholarships, education, networking events, leadership training, and diversity and inclusion focused workshops.  Additionally, research for the profession, scholarships to the AFP International Fundraising Conference and leadership development will be funded with your important gifts.
